First ride of the year. Thanks to some magic potions from my father in-law, my backache has eased.
But I am completely out of shape at this point in time. Felt weak, heavy & slow thru out a short 65km ride. Not complaining as it was a beautiful day with almost clear blue sky at Putrajaya, my favourite playground. Missed my bike so dearly. Really hope I can get back to racing triathlons again.
